Ordered 4 Asuna dining chairs...All very good!

Ordered 4 Asuna dining chairs, and they could be the best things we have ever bought! Took a while to arrive, but well worth waiting for. Great communication on shipping and delivery. All very good. Thanks.

Mark's on the sofa have requested…

Mark's on the sofa have requested contact from made.com to discuss resolving this but not heard anything yet. Waited 5 months for delivery which was ok considering Covid however would have liked a perfect sofa too. Also colour not true to what's advertised. Slightly disappointed

Very happy with my purchase

Very happy with my purchase, but I had to wait a long time for it to get here. All Made products are of high quality, which is why I love the site so much.

Bought a lovely sofa

Bought a lovely sofa on Made, the whole process was really easy. The delivery date was on the website and I recieved updates both via email and texts so I knew exactly what was happening. The sofa is brilliant, looks the same as on the website.

Watch the lead times

Products are lovely and fairly reasonable prices but I find lead times change after the order has been placed and you're not notified and only know when you go in to check the progress of the order. Most recent item, an armchair and footstool - ordered on a 12 week lead time, arrived after 18 weeks. It puts me off buying when I want something quickly

Just what I was looking for!

We have been looking for a light to fit into a specific corner of our Kitchen for some time then we stumbled across this, it's exactly what we needed! It offers a great feature in a room also being a great functioning light. It's modern but industrial at the same time. We love it!

I love Made .com stuff

I love Made .com stuff I was looking for a dining table for a very long time thenCame across one in the Birmingham shopI bought an extendable table Just beautiful it needs putting together but not hardI have also bought some lighting as wellThe only negative is the wait You have to wait a long time for delivery on some itemBut well worth the wait

TERRIBLE QUALITY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

DO NOT BUY FROM MADE.COM! Shoddy products and shoddy customer service.

Bought the Margot chaise longue but it very quickly (within 2 months) became very uncomfortable, I rarely used the chaise as I have other daily use sofas and I treated it more as an occasion chair. I spent 3 months arguing with Made.com about its poor quality, the padding had clearly deflated and I could feel the frame beneath me. Highly uncomfortable.

They sent two "independent" Home Serve engineers who both agreed with me that it was very poor quality, my TK Maxx sofa I bought 6 years ago is better! But neither of these agents wrote what they had told me into their reports, just said no technical fault.

I took my complaint to the Furniture Ombudsman (a body that retailers like Made.com have to pay to be part of... hmmm... of course they will side with people like me who pay them nothing over their paying members, right!?). They also sided with Made.com (what a surprise!), saying that there was no technical fault. I never argued that there was, I consistently accepted that there is no technical fault, my issue was with how poor the quality was. Around 15-20 friends and family members have sat on it and been shocked at the poor quality.

Will never buy from Made.com again.

Excellent service, product and company

I bought the Penn bed from made.com.Granted there was a long wait for delivery but I was well aware of that when I ordered. My delivery arrived within time frame I was advised. The bed itself if half the price of some of the beds similar to this one but the quality is excellent. It was easy to assemble and looks lovely in my room.Thank you made.com
